● Hosoton offer 1 year warranty,any terminals with quality issue(Exclude human factors) can get repaired or replacement from us during this period.

● If clients repair the device locally, Hosoton will offer 1% spare parts .All the quality issue terminals should take picture and be reported,Hosoton will supply it if the default spare parts is not enough.

● For the product maintenance,Hosoton will send the video for your reference.If necessary,Hosoton will send technical staff to train client's repairer .

● Hosoton will provide technical support for the whole product life.

● In case clients would like to extend 1 year warranty period in their market,we would suggest clients buy 2% terminals for replacement.
