1. How to order?

We will quote the price to customers after received their requests. After customers confirmed the specification, they will order samples for testing. After inspected all devices , it will be sent to the customer by air.

2. Do you have any MOQ (minimum order)?

We don’t have any MOQ and 1pcs sample order will be supported.

3. What is the payment terms?

T/T bank transfer is accepted ,and 100% balance payment before goods shippment.

4. What is your OEM requirement?

You can choose multiple OEM services includes boot animation, color box design, change model name, logo label design and so on, and some of these services can be done for 1 qty.

5. How many years have you been established?

We focus on the rugged mobile device industry over 9 years.

6. How long is the warranty?

We offer 1 year warranty to all of our products, and we also provide extended warranty based on your requirements.

7. How long is the delivery time?

Normally the sample devices could be delivered within 5 working day , and the bulk order will depend on the quantity .If you need a drop- shipping service, we are experienced and can ship directly from China to your customers.

8. What are the accessories?

The default accessories of our rugged devices are chargers and USB cables. There are multiple optional accessories are available, such as vehicle mount, docking station, wireless mat, hand strap, and so on. Welcome to visit our product pages for more details!

9. How to repair the devices if any issues?

We will offer online technical support for product issues. If the issues is non-human factor, we will send components and parts to customers to repair. 

10. How to install multiple functions into 1 device?

You can ask us to install the 2D scanner, RFID, and high accuracy GPS module into the rugged device before shippment, also we could provide ODM service for some specific function. 

11. What kind of software support I can get?

Hosoton provided lots of tailor-made rugged solutions to customers, and we can also provide SDK, software online upgrade , etc.

12. What kind of services can you provide?

There is two services models for your option ,One is OEM service ,which is with customer’s brand based on our off-the-shelf products ;the other is ODM service according to the individual demands ,which included Appearance design ,structure design ,Mold development ,software and hardware development etc.
